Have questions?

How long does it take to launch a school?

You can launch your school the same day you sign up. Build a course in the visual editor, connect ready-made payments, and open access to students — no development or lengthy setup. Most creators go from sign-up to their first published course within a few hours.

Do I need a developer or technical skills?

No. Everything is built so you can manage it yourself: courses are assembled in a no-code editor, payments and the Telegram bot connect in a couple of clicks, and your school's look is set up by uploading a logo and choosing an address. You don't need a technical specialist to start or to run it.

How are payments set up? Do I need a bank contract?

Payments are built into the platform — you don't need to open Kaspi Pay, set up acquiring, or go through bank compliance. A business account at any bank in Kazakhstan is enough — Halyk, for example: payments run through the platform, and money lands in your account the next business day. Students pay via Kaspi (including installments) or by card, with fiscal receipts sent automatically.

Can students learn without a mobile app?

Yes. Students learn right in Telegram or in a browser on any device — no need to download an app, find it in a store, or register again. Learning opens via a link or directly in the messenger they already use every day.

Are my videos and courses protected?

Yes. Videos are uploaded straight to the platform and played through a built-in player protected from downloading and from playback on other sites. Course access is granted only to enrolled students, and access control always stays in your hands.

What happens to my courses and students if I leave?

Your materials and student base belong to you. While your subscription is active, you can export your student list and learning results at any time. We don't lock in your data or stand in the way of moving elsewhere.

How much does it cost, and is there a sales commission?

You pay a fixed plan price — with no percentage taken from your sales, unlike many platforms. There's only a token 0.1% fee needed to run the payment infrastructure. Almost all of your revenue stays with you. Full pricing is on the plans page.

Is the platform suitable for a training center, university, or company?

Yes. A flexible role system (admins, mentors, content managers), student group management, analytics, and reports suit both training centers and corporate learning. For large organizations there's an Enterprise plan — extended capabilities, custom setup, and on-premise deployment.
