How can I pay for a plan?

Via Kaspi or a bank card. If you operate as a legal entity, message us and we will issue an invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days of full access — no limits and no card required. Create a course, set up payments and see the platform in action before you pay.

What is deferred start?

Your paid term starts not at purchase, but when you publish your first course: up to 1 month to prepare on the 3-month plan and up to 3 months on the annual one. Prepare at your own pace — the plan does not tick.

Why is the minimum term 3 months?

An online school is not a sprint: launch, enrollment and the first cohort take time, and we build the platform for those who are serious about it. And you lose nothing: thanks to deferred start, the 3-month plan effectively gives up to 4 months of access.

Need 6 months or another period?

Message us — we will find a convenient option.

How does Pro differ from Start?

Pro has no limits on courses and storage, a higher new-student limit, plus a custom domain, your own WhatsApp and team roles for up to 20 staff. Annual Pro also includes API and Courstore logo removal. Start is for launching your first course, Pro is for a school that is growing.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Just buy the add-on you need — storage, new students, a course or a staff seat — or switch to Pro in a couple of clicks.

Is there a sales commission?

Only a symbolic 0.1% to run the payment infrastructure — on top of a fixed plan price. We do not take 5–10% of your turnover like percentage-based platforms: however much you sell, almost all the revenue is yours.

What do I need to start accepting payments?

Just a business account at any bank in Kazakhstan. No Kaspi Pay, no acquiring, no bank contracts or compliance — payments are built in, receipts are issued automatically, and money reaches your account the next business day.

How does subscription freeze work?

On any plan you can pause the school between cohorts: the plan term is not spent, and all materials and students are kept. When you return, you pick up right where you left off.

Can I switch to another plan?

Yes, an upgrade is available at any time. Message us and we will help you move to the right plan.

Is Lifetime really forever?

Yes. One payment — and all Pro features with no renewals or subscriptions, for the entire lifetime of the platform: that is how every lifetime plan in the world works. And we are building Courstore for the long run — the platform is a resident of Astana Hub, with thousands of schools growing on it. The plan never expires during pauses, and updates within the plan are included. Lifetime is available on request — leave one and we will get in touch.
